Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Kara’s Pfun Mums! We create custom homecoming mums and garters, graduation items, and personalized spirit wear designed to celebrate school spirit, special milestones, and lasting memories. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Payments

• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your order.
• Due to the customized and personalized nature of many of our products, all sales are final, subject to applicable law and the policies outlined below.

Customer-Provided Information

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with their order is accurate and complete, including names, spelling, school names, mascots, colors, sizes, and personalization requests, as applicable.
• Kara’s Pfun Mums is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Changes requested after production has begun may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

Custom Designs & Creative Freedom

• Kara’s Pfun Mums retains creative discretion when creating custom pieces. Requested colors, themes, interests, and inspiration photos will be incorporated when reasonably possible.
• Inspiration photos and examples serve as references and do not guarantee an exact replica. Final designs may vary based on available materials, color shades, product size, and creative interpretation.
• Because many items are handmade or customized, minor variations in materials, colors, embellishments, and finished details are to be expected.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible due to the time and materials required for custom designs.
• Customer cancellations after production begins are not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds & Order Issues

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect customer-provided information, or preferences that differ from the agreed-upon order specifications.
• If an order contains an error attributable to Kara’s Pfun Mums or has a significant defect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Acceptance

• Kara’s Pfun Mums reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including material availability, scheduling limitations, pricing or listing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been processed and cannot fulfill it, a full refund will be issued.

Scheduling

• Homecoming orders are scheduled around each student's homecoming date and our production schedule, not necessarily in the order they are received.
• Ordering early helps secure your place on our schedule but does not guarantee early completion.
• Accepted orders will be completed and available for pickup no later than two (2) days before the student's homecoming date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Rush Orders

• A $25 rush fee applies to orders received and accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the student's homecoming date.
• Rush orders are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to be accepted.

Finished-Item Photo & Pickup

• Once your item is complete, we will send you a photo of the finished design before pickup.
• Pickup arrangements will be communicated when your order is ready. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup by the agreed-upon time.
• Please contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate a pickup issue.

Production Timelines

• Production timelines vary depending on the product, level of customization, material availability, and current order volume.
• Estimated completion or delivery dates will be communicated when applicable. Customers should contact us before ordering if their item is needed by a specific date.

Personalization & Product Variations

• Customers are responsible for verifying all personalization details before submitting their order.
• Custom colors, designs, materials, and embellishments may vary slightly from online photos or inspiration images.
• Any product-specific requirements, options, or limitations will be communicated in the product listing or during the ordering process.

Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup or delivery arrangements will be communicated when applicable to the product ordered. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

• Customers are responsible for handling, storing, and using products appropriately. Care instructions will be provided when applicable.
• To the extent permitted by law, Kara’s Pfun Mums is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, storage, alteration, or use of our products.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

• By placing an order with Kara’s Pfun Mums, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
